69 flights of stairs, for time.

Not bad, only 1:30 slower than my time last year, and I haven't done any cardio in 32 days.

Nutrition:

1230: Blue Star Cafe: Top Gun Scramble w/ extra Bacon (3 Eggs, Bacon, Spinach, Jack Cheese, Sour Cream, Avocado, Pico de Gallo). Side of Cottage Cheese. 1 Bloody Mary.

1730: The Pike Brewery: 1 bowl Crab Chowder. Bacon & Cheddar Burger w/ Fries (didn't eat many of them). 2 Beer.

2030: 4 cups Whole Milk. 5 Taquitos (desperate for food).
