Squats took so long I didn't have time for much else. I dropped the 2nd rep of the 1set, but then finished the set easily. Managed the 2nd set, and then fell apart on the 3rd. I'm not allowing my hip to drive for the duration of the squat. As soon as it gets tough, I lean back, shutting my hamstrings off, and I miss the rep. It's a technique issue, I'll get through it. Power cleans felt better again this time. Have to work on releasing my hook grip when I receive the bar.
1130: 4 Eggs, 2tbsp Butter. 4 slices Bacon. 4 cups Whole Milk.
1530: 7oz Roast Beef (Deli). 1/2 cups Macadamia Nuts. 4 cups Whole Milk.
1630 - 1830: 8 cups Whole Milk.
2100: 1 serving Pesto Chicken Salad (6blocks). 4tbsp Almond Butter.
