Day 37

BW = 192.0lbs

WOD:

Back Squat 147 x 5 x 3
Bench Press 95 x 5 x 3
Deadlift 167 x 5 x 3

Squats felt much better today. Felt like I was sitting back and driving with my hip on most of them. Still managed to drop 2, but was able to get right back under the bar and finish both sets no problem. Shoulders felt really unstable, so bench was difficult. Only managed 3 reps on my last set. Deadlifts felt HEAVY.

Nutrition:

1100: 6 Eggs, 2tbsp Butter, 4oz Salsa. 2 cups Whole Milk.

1530: 6oz Ground Beef, 3oz Sauteed Cabbage, 2oz Salsa, 4oz Black Olives. 6 cups Whole Milk.

1630 - 1830: 8 cups Whole Milk.

2100: Hales Brewery: 1 bowl Salmon Chowder. 1/2 Bacon Blue Cheese Burger. 2 Beers.
