I knew this was going to happen. Had to wake up at 2:30am yesterday to drive to Vancouver to pick someone up from the airport, so my sleep was crap. Took a 3 hour nap, but I was still disrupted enough that it affected my sleep last night (woke up 3 times) which resulted in me being under-recovered today. Bought some more ZMA, and some Taurine, going to experiement again, see if my sleep improves. Will track sleep progress here too.
Nutrition:
0900: 1 slice Cheesecake (yummy). 1 serving Sonoma Chicken Salad (6 blocks). 2 cups Whole Milk.
1530: 8oz Deli Roast Beef. 1/2 cups Macadamia Nuts. 4 cups Whole Milk.
1630 - 1830: 10 cups Whole Milk.
2030: El Guadalajara: Chicken, Beef, & Shrimp Fajitas (no tortillas, beans, or rice, just meat, veggies, guacamole, sour cream). shared 1 large Margarita.
