Day 90

I've decided that I'm going to stop counting days. It seems kind of pointless now, since I don't have any specific goals anymore except to keep with this until I stop seeing results/get bored. My bodyweight hasn't been increasing much if at all in the last 6 weeks or so, which is fine, I'm happy where I am now. I'm still eating more food than I usually would. I've increased my blocks from 15 to 18, and I'm still getting between 1/2 and 3/4 of a gallon of milk in per day.

0700: Grande Americano.

1200: 6 Eggs, 2tbsp Butter, 1 Avocado, 4oz Salsa. 2 cups Whole Milk.

1630: 6oz Ground Beef, 2oz Sour Cream, 1 Avocado, 4oz Salsa, Romaine. 8oz Strawberries. 2 cups Whole Milk.

2130: 1 serving Jambalaya. 2 cups Whole Milk.
