Days 72 - 74, Friday May 1st - Sunday May 3rd

WOD (Friday):

Back Squat 171 x 1, 172 x 1 x 2 (missed both attempts)
Power Clean (Did a bunch, up to 83kg x 1, then back down to practice form)

Nutrition was bad these days, not in food choice, but in quantity. Finished most of a gallon on Friday, but then only drank 2 cups both Saturday and Sunday. Drank too much Saturday night, only ate once on Sunday.
