Clean & Jerk 80 x 1, 85 x 1

Had to stop because my wrists were killing me. I've hit my breaking point with this. I haven't seen any progress in a few weeks because everything kills my wrists. I need to give them a break and let them heal. Will have to change my programming next week.

Nutrition:

0800: Grande Americano.

1200: Portage Bay Cafe: Italian Scramble (3 Eggs, Andouille Sausage, Basil, Asiago Cheese, Tomatoes, Mushrooms). Side of Sour Cream. Side of Fruit.

1800: Quinn's: Peanuts & Olives. Assorted Cheese. Ribs. Salad. 2 glasses Wine.

2000 - 0200: Various Drinks.
