This workout and tuesdays' were performed at CrossFit Eastside. It makes so much difference to workout in a group and be coached. It felt good to actually be able to run outside instead of on the treadmill.
Food:
10:00am: 6oz Chicken Breast, 10oz Thai Coconut Soup, 60g Macadamia Nuts. 71.5g F, 5.5g C, 67g P.
1:00pm: 10oz Salmon, 2oz Goat Feta, 2tbsp Olive Oil, 4oz Mixed Greens. 64g F, 3g C, 74g P.
2:30pm: Red Robin: Red Robin Bacon Cheeseburger, Side Salad.
