Nutrition:

8:00am: 6 Eggs, 6Tbsp Fire Roasted Guacamole (TJs), 1oz Butter, 2oz Cheddar.

11:00am: 6oz Chicken Breast, 6oz Cabbage, 60g Almonds, 2Tbsp Sesame Seeds, 2oz Asian Dressing. 4tbsp Cashew/Macadamia Nut Butter.

4:00pm: Beef Stir Fry: 6oz Ground Beef, Green & Red Bell Pepper, Ginger, Garlic, Tamari, Chili Paste, Beef Stock. 60g Macadamia Nuts.

I've decided to revive the nutrition portion of my blog. I've been keeping track of my nutrition on the Performance Menu discussion forum, but decided it's easier to have all the information in one place.

Asian Dressing:
6T Vinegar (I use champagne, definitely room for experimentation)
6T Oil (I use olive, again, same as above)
5T Nut Butter (I use cashew/macadamia, same applies)
3T Soy Sauce (I use the wheat free kind)
1.5T Sugar (I use cane syrup)
2T minced ginger
1.5T minced garlic

Throw everything but ginger and garlic in a bowl and whisk away until combined, then add ginger and garlic and mix some more.

That is one heck of a breakfast, looks delicious though.

all good for you too. Grass-fed butter, Pastured eggs, raw grass-fed cheese, and avocado is great too. All good fat.
