Nutrition:
8:00am: 6 Eggs, 1oz Butter, 2oz Cheddar, 1 small Avocado. 1 Plum.
12:00pm: 6oz Salmon, 3oz Spinach, 1 Bell Pepper, 4oz Cherry Tomatoes, 2tbsp Olive Oil, 1tbsp Balsamic Vinegar. 4tbsp Cashew/Macadamia Nut Butter.
4:30pm: Squash Chili: 6oz Ground Beef, Acorn Squash, Onions, Mushrooms, Garlic, Chili Powder, Cumin. Chocolate Balls.
This batch of Chili was much better than the last. I doubled up the garlic, tried a new chipotle chili powder (Whole Foods), and added salt and pepper.
