BW = 168.5 (I had some salt & vinegar chips and 3 pecan tarts last night at like 12:30, oops)

Can't change stations until person on rower is finished. Great workout, first interval was easy unless you started on the rower, after that it was non-stop work.

Nutrition:

11:30am: 6 Eggs, 1oz Butter, 2oz Cheddar, 1 small Avocado.

3:30pm: Squash Chili: 6oz Ground Beef, Acorn Squash, Onions, Mushrooms, Garlic, Chili Powder, Cumin. 4tbsp Cashew/Macadamia Nut Butter.

8:00pm: 6oz Salmon, 3oz Spinach, 4oz Tomatoes, 7oz Celery, 2tbsp Olive Oil, 1tbsp Balsamic Vinegar. 60g Macadamia Nuts. 1 Rebar.
