Worked out at CrossFit Eastside tonight, definitely got some. This was tough.
Nutrtition:
8:00am: 6 Eggs, 1oz Butter, 1 small Avocado, 4oz Salsa. 2 Clementines.
12:00pm: Squash Chili: 6oz Ground Beef, Acorn Squash, Onions, Mushrooms, Chili Powder, Cumin. 4tbsp Cashew/Macadamia Nut Butter.
3:00pm: 6oz Salmon, 3oz Spinach, 4oz Cherry Tomatoes, 1/2 Bell Pepper, 1oz Basil, 2tbsp Olive Oil, 1tbsp Balsamic Vinegar. 60g Macadamia Nuts. 1 Rebar.
