Tried doing this with the wife yesterday- kicked our asses. Used 20k db, and did oh squats instead of lunges. Took 15:32 for me and 19:50-something for Lisa using 10k. You must have been hauling ass.
I was also working out with a group, so there was extra motivation not to look like a pansy. It's good to see you here Water.
