4:30pm: 3oz Spinach, 1oz Basil, 4oz Cherry Tomatoes, 1/2 Bell Pepper, 6oz Salmon, 2tbsp Olive Oil, 1tbsp Balsamic Vinegar. 1 Rebar. 4tbsp Cashew/Macadamia Nut Butter.
8:30pm: Squash Chili: 6oz Ground Beef, Acorn Squash, Mushrooms, Onions, Chili Powder, Cumin. 60g Macadamia Nuts.
