That was pathetic. Getting back into shape sucks.

Nutrition:

11:30am: 6 Eggs, 1tbsp Ghee, 2oz Tapenade, 2oz Salsa. 2oz Macadamia Nuts.

3:30pm: 6oz Ground Beef, 7oz Cabbage. 2 Bananas (Yeah Carbs!).

8:00pm: 10oz Curry Chicken Salad. 4tbsp Cashew/Macadamia Nut Butter.

New Recipe:

Curry Chicken Salad:

2lbs Cooked Chicken Breast
2oz Currants
2oz Almonds
1/2 cup Chopped Celery
1/2 cup Mayonaise
Curry PowderSalt & Pepper

Throw everything in a bowl and mix it together.

I like the recipes, where do you find them? Also, why did you stop with the metcon?

Some I find via my performance menu subscription (they have recipes every issue, you should subscribe, it's well worth the $30), some I make up, some my ex gave me. I stopped doing metcon a while back to focus more on strength. Now that I'm working out with my business partner, I've been doing metcon to introduce him to everything.
