WOD:

Back Squat 5 x 5 x 121kg

Well, it's not much progress, but at least it's progress. I was going to press afterwards, but the squats did me in.

Nutrition:

10:00am: 6 Eggs, 1 Avocado, 3oz Salsa, 1tbsp Butter. 10oz Watermelon.

2:00pm: 6oz Chicken, ~1lb Mixed Veggies, ~4tbsp Olive Oil. 8oz Cherries.

9:00pm: Cutters: 1 Dragon Roll, 1 Seattle Roll, 1 Spicy Tuna Roll, 2 Baked Oysters, 6 Curry Coconut Muscles.
