WOD:
Deadlift 3 x 5 x 125kg
After consulting Practical Programming, I realized that 3 x 5 Deadlift is plenty of systemic stress to disrupt homeostasis. AKA, Deadlifting is really hard.
Nutrition:
12:00pm: 6 Eggs, 1 Avocado, 3oz Salsa, 1tbsp Butter. 10oz Watermelon.
4:00pm: 2scoops Egg Protein, 3cups Berries, 1can Coconut Milk.
8:30pm: Chipotle: 1 Barbacoa Burrito.
