Just as I thought, quite the discrepancy. We'll see if this number stays consistent.

Wow, that killed me. Beat my old time by a minute and half.


12:30pm: Chicken/Apple Hash: 4tbsp Olive Oil, 7oz Chicken, 2 Fuji Apples. 4tbsp Cashew/Macadamia Nut Butter.

5:00pm: 1can Coconut Milk, 42g Egg Protein, 3cups Berries.

8:30pm: Taco Salad: 6oz Ground Beef, Romaine Lettuce, Red Onion, Green Onion, Grape Tomatoes, 1 Avocado, Salsa. 8oz Cherries.
