WOD:

Back Squat 3-3-3-2-2-1-1

100-110-120-125-130(miss)-127.5-127.5

Was just fooling around with Back Squats, seeing how high I could go, haven't done any since I stopped my progression a couple of weeks ago. Felt good.

Max Pullups - 37

That felt fantastic. Crushed my old record of 26.

Nutrition:

8:30am: 7oz Pork Tenderloin, Bell Peppers, Olive Oil.

12:30pm: 1can Coconut Milk, 3cups Berries, 2scoops Egg Protein.

5:00pm: 6oz Ground Beef, 1lb Cabbage, 1 Avocado. 1 Apple.

9:30pm: California Pizza Kitchen: Mediterranean Salad w/ Shrimp. 2 Beer.
