Had a rough weekend, felt like crap yesterday, so I didn't workout.

10:30am: 8oz Roasted Pork Shoulder. 8oz Cabbage Crunch.

4:30pm: 8oz Roasted Turkey Breast. 8oz Beet Salad. 4tbsp Almond Butter.

8:30pm: 1can Coconut Milk. 3cups Berries. 2scoops Egg Protein.
