Could have done this a lot faster but my grip kept failing. I got a Captains of Crush trainer in the mail yesterday, and was playing with it a lot, so that might have had something to do with it.
Nutrition:
10:30am: 8oz Roasted Pork Shoulder. 1lb Strawberries. 4tbsp Almond Butter.
2:30pm: 8oz Fumi Chicken (Whole Foods). 1/2cup Macadamia Nuts.
7:30pm: 1can Coconut Milk, 3cups Berries, 2scoops Egg Protein.
