A Man Maker - start with DBs at side, Squat down until they touch the floor, kick back into bottom of a Pushup, Pushup, Row each arm, jump back into bottom of Squat, Power Clean DBs, Press DBs.
Nutrition:
8:30am: 8oz Turkey Pastrami (Whole Foods). 1 Avocado. 2 Pluots.
1:00pm: 5 Eggs. 4pieces Bacon. 2oz Cheddar Cheese. 8oz Orange Juice. (all the last of the leftovers from my parents visit)
5:00pm: 7oz Pork Tenderloin, 3 Bell Peppers, Lots of Olive Oil. (recipe taken from Robb Wolf's Blog)
