After Angie yesterday, I didn't have much in my arms and chest for pushups. Oh well, that's what you get when your programming is random, you don't know what you're going to be faced with.
Nutrition:
8:30am: 8oz Herb Roasted Turkey Breast, 1 Avocado, 1 Honey Crisp Apple.
1:00pm: Thai Chicken Soup: 5oz Chicken, Coconut Milk, Straw Mushrooms, Kefir Lime Leaves, Ginger, Cilantro. 2oz Dried Mango. 1/2cup Almonds.
5:00pm: 8oz Shredded Beef (Whole Foods), 1lb Strawberries, 1/2cup Macadamia Nuts.
