Recovering

My parents were visiting this past weekend, and I ended up drinking too much at oktoberfest on Saturday, woke up sunday feeling under the weather, which progressed into some type of virus/malady that has lasted through today. As a result I didn't workout yesterday. I did today, because I was feeling mostly better, and immediately regretted it. The workout left me lying on the floor for 45minutes.

WOD:

100 Pullups
100 Pushups
100 Situps
100 Squats

19sec off of my best time, achieved in May. By the time I hit the squats, I had nothing left, so that's where I lost most of my time.

Nutrition:

10:30am: 8oz Pulled Pork (Whole Foods), 1 Honey Crisp Apple (Large), 1 Avocado.

1:00pm: Thai Coconut Soup: 5oz Chicken, Straw Mushrooms, Thai Chillies, Ginger, Cilantro, Kefir Lime Leaves, Coconut Milk. 50g Dried Mango, 100g Almonds.

5:00pm: 8oz Roast Beef, 1lb Strawberries (<4blocks of Carbs!), 1/2cup Macadamia Nuts.

wow, 100 pullups? That's impressive. I assume it wasn't jsut a straight set, how did you approach that?

They were kipping pullups, which makes multiples much easier. I got through 25 right away, and then broke the rest into smaller sets, 5s and first, then 3s until I was done.
