WOD:
Rest
I'm going to be lifting heavy stuff all weekend at the Basic Barbell Certification at CrossFit Eastside, so I figured it might be a good idea to rest today.
Nutrition:
12:00pm: Taco Salad: 6oz Ground Beef, 1 Avocado, 4oz Salsa, Romaine Lettuce, Cherry Tomatoes, Red Onion. 1 Asian Pear. 1/2cup Macadamia Nuts.
4:30pm: 1can Coconut Milk, 2scoops Egg Protein, 3cups Berries.
8:00pm: Jambalaya: 3oz Andouille Sausage, 3oz Shrimp, Red Onion, Green Pepper, Celery, Cauliflower, El Pato Sauce, Chicken Broth. 1 Pear. 4tbsp Cashew/Macadamia Nut Butter.
