WOD:

As many reps of 50kg Overhead Squat in amount of time 250m Row took.

Interesting combination, although systemic fatigue would have been greater if I would have gone lighter on the Overhead Squats.

Nutrition:

9:30am: Taco Salad: 6oz Ground Beef, 1 Avocado, 4oz Salsa, Romaine Lettuce, Cherry Tomatoes, Red Onion. 1 Asian Pear.

1:30pm: 1can Coconut Milk, 2scoops Egg Protein, 3cups Berries.

4:30pm: Jambalaya: 3oz Andouille Sausage, 3oz Shrimp, Red Onion, Green Pepper, Celery, Cauliflower, El Pato Sauce, Chicken Broth. 1 Pear. 4tbsp Cashew/Macadamia Nut Butter.

9:30pm: El Chupacabra: 1 Carne Asada Burrito (beans, rice, cheese, sour cream, salsa, avocado). Chips & Salsa. 2 Margaritas.

It's not that I was particularly hungry later in the evening, I just feel like I'm not eating enough food. I don't think I'm eating enough fat, I'll have to do some calculations to figure out where I'm at, and adjust if necessary.
