Wow, I beat my old time by a whopping 14sec, that's awesome!

Nutrition:

10:30am: Taco Salad: 6oz Ground Beef, 1 Avocado, 4oz Salsa, Romaine Lettuce, Cherry Tomatoes, Red Onion.

3:30pm: 1can Coconut Milk, 2scoops Egg Protein, 3cups Berries.

5:30pm: Jambalaya: 3oz Andouille Sausage, 3oz Shrimp, Red Onion, Green Pepper, Celery, Cauliflower, El Pato Sauce, Chicken Broth.
