That felt great. This was the CrossFit Games Hopper workout, which I already did once before back in early July. I beat my previous time by about a minute and a half, and it felt much more manageable this time around.
Nutrition:
10:30am: Taco Salad: 6oz Ground Beef, Romaine Hearts, Cherry Tomatoes, Salsa, 1 Avocado. 1/2cup Macadamia Nuts. 1 Pear.
3:30pm: 1can Coconut Milk. 3cups Berries. 2scoops Egg Protein.
5:00pm: Jambalaya. 2 Fuji Apples.
I put more sausage and shrimp in the Jambalaya this time, and a bunch of olive oil to boost the fat content. It made it much more filling, and less soupy.
