That was heavy. I could only ever manage 3 thrusters in a row if I was lucky, and the pullups were all singles. It was good, because it definitely exposed a weakness for me.
Nutrition:
9:30am: Taco Salad: 6oz Ground Beef, Romaine Hearts, Cherry Tomatoes, Salsa, 1 Avocado. 1/2cup Macadamia Nuts. 1 Pear.
1:30pm: 1can Coconut Milk. 3cups Berries. 2scoops Egg Protein.
4:30pm: Jambalaya. 2 Fuji Apples.
