WOD:
Rest
I didn't get much sleep last night, so I'm feeling pretty low energy today. As a result I decided to not workout today, which means I'll have to make it up on Saturday.
Nutrition:
11:00am: Jambalaya. 1 Fuji Apple.
4:00pm: 1can Coconut Milk. 3cups Berries. 2scoops Egg Protein.
Wasn't very hungry today for whatever reason, probably linked to lack of sleep. This was a light day for me.
