WOD:
Back Squat 5 x 5 x 110kg
Overhead Press 3 x 5 x 50kg
Decided to start my squat progression again since I learned that I was doing several things incorrectly this past weekend at the Basic Barbell Certification that I attended. I wasn't racking the bar in the correct position, I wasn't driving out of the bottom of the squat properly, and I wasn't pushing my knees out enough. I also learned some tricks on the Press to make it easier to manage. Both exercises felt great today.
Nutrition:
10:30am: 1can Coconut Milk, 3cups Berries, 2scoops Egg Protein. 2tbsp Cashew/Macadamia Nut Butter.
1:30pm: 8oz Roast Beef. 2 Avocados. 1lb Strawberries.
5:00pm: 8oz Roasted Marinated Pork Shoulder. 1/2lb Grilled Vegetables. 1 Avocado. 2 Banana Cookie Lara Bars.
