10:30am: 8oz Smoked Turkey Breast. 8oz Guacamole. Romaine Hearts. 1oz Chips. 2tbsp Cashew/Macadamia Nut Butter.
3:30pm: 1can Coconut Milk. 3cups Berries. 2scoops Egg Protein.
7:30pm: Squash Chli.
The chips I ate are the only brand that I've been able to find that would be considered acceptable. The only ingredients are potatoes, olive oil, and whatever seasoning they put on it.
