Disappointed with this performance, was definitely taking more breaks than I needed to, and for longer than I needed to.

Nutrition:

10:00am: 1 Stuffed Chicken Breast (tomatoes, spinach, tahini), 12oz Roasted Cauliflower Vinaigrette (Cauliflower, Kalamata Olives, Pine Nuts, Olive Oil, Red Wine Vinegar).

3:30pm: 1can Coconut Milk, 3cups Strawberries, 1tbsp Cashew/Macadamia Nut Butter, 2scoops Egg Protein.

11:00pm: Deluxe: Chicken Quesadilla, Chicken Strips, Fries. 2glasses Wine.

Oops, that's what happens when you don't eat enough earlier in the day and stay up too late, MELTDOWN.
