Day 4

11:00am: BW = 174.5lbs

That's weird, it should be going down. I wonder if the dairy bothers me?

WOD:

Push Jerk: How much can I get overhead?

2 x 60, 2 x 70, 2 x 75, 2 x 80, 1 x 85, 1 x 87.5, 1 x 90, 1 x 95, 3 x failed attempts @ 100kg.

3 x Max Reps L-Pull-ups:

9, 7, 6

Nutrition:

11:30am: 6oz Hot Italian Sausage, ~4cups Spaghetti Squash, 1 Egg, Parsley, Garlic, Red Pepper. 2tbsp Cashew/Macadamia Nut Butter.

64.7g Fat, 23.4g Carbs, 37.6g Protein.


4:00pm: 4 Eggs, 4slices Bacon. 2tbsp Cashew/Macadamia Nut Butter.

61.6g Fat, 8.1g Carb, 41g Protein.

8:30pm: Greenlake Bar & Grill: 1bowl Black Bean & Sausage Soup. Steak & Blue Cheese Salad. 1glass Wine.

I'm not going to speculate on the numbers for this meal, but it doesn't really matter because I've been over 30g of Carbs everyday. I've still been low carb, just not as low as the Metabolic Diet recommends for the initial fat adaptation stage. My energy levels have been great, so I'm just going to keep doing what I've been doing and shoot for <30g of Carbs/day next week.
