Tuesday, February 26th

WOD:


Back Squat 5 x 5 x 132.5kg
Overhead Press 3 x 5 x 59kg

Felt surprisingly good this week, still managed a few rounded back squats, which I felt afterwards. I'm going to go ahead and try to move up next week, but perhaps I will make a smaller jump. Can definitely move up on the press.

Felt solid, never rounded my back at all.
