400m Run (1:26)

Score for Tabata Mashup is total reps. There was some rest between the 1st 400m run and the tabata intervals, as I was in a class, and had to wait for everyone to finish their run. There was some rest between the tabata intervals and the 2nd run, just enough for everyone to gather themselves so we could all start together.

Nutrition:

8:30am: Italian Chicken Salad (Chicken, Bell Peppers, Red Onion, Kalamata Olives, Artichoke Hearts, Olive Oil, White Balsamic Vinegar, Garlic, Parmesan Cheese). ~9g Carbs (Bell Pepper, Onion, Olives, Artichoke Hearts).

2:00pm: 6oz Ground Beef, 9oz Cabbage, 1 Avocado, 1tbsp Butter. ~13g Carbs (Cabbage, Avocado).

5:00pm: Whole Foods: 1 Can Salmon (7 1/2oz). 1 Container Fage Yogurt. 6g Carbs (in the yogurt).
