Have done this one before, beat my previous time by 4min.

Nutrition:

11:30am: 1lb Chinese Chicken Salad. 2tbsp Almond Butter.

4:00pm: 8oz Leg of Lamb. 8oz Pineapple. 1 container Fage Yogurt.

8:30pm: Yamashiro Sushi Bistro: 3 rolls, ~30pieces Sashimi.
