WOD:
Back Squat 3.5 x 5 x 135kg
Overhead Press 3 x 5 x 63kg
Dropped the last rep of my third set of squats, and then only managed 3 reps on the fourth set before I gave up. Dropped the last rep of my last two sets of presses. Ouch.
Nutrition:
11:00am: Whole Foods: 1lb Curry Chicken Salad.
5:00pm: Whole Foods: 8oz Leg of Lamb. Pre-pack Salad: Field Greens, Blue Cheese, Walnuts, Dried Cranberries, Vinaigrette Dressing.
