Nutrition:

12:30pm: 4 Eggs, 5 slices Bacon.

4:30pm: 6oz Chicken, 10oz Cabbage, 2oz Slivered Almonds, Sesame Seeds, Cashew/Macadamia Nut Dressing.

8:30pm: Cedar's: Lamb Coconut Curry, Butter Chicken, Fish Tikka Masala, Tandoori Halibut. Small amount of rice. (Split all dishes with one other person).
