WOD:
Bench Press 3 x 5 x 75kg
Deadlift 5 x 3 x 130kg
Decided to experiment with some Bench Press, since I never do it, and it shows up in the WOD on the CrossFit main site about once every two weeks. This felt pretty good, and is about bodyweight. Will start a weekly progression, see how high I can get. It didn't bother my shoulders at all, which is nice, because it always used to.
Nutrition:
8:30am: 6oz Chicken, 9oz Cabbage, 2oz Slivered Almonds, Cashew/Macadamia Nut Dressing.
1:30pm: Squash Chili.
5:00am: Whole Foods: 8oz Pepper Crusted Beef, 1lb Greek Salad.
