400m Run
15 Ring Dips
15 Sumo Deadlift Highpull @ 95lbs

Nutrition:

5:00am: 4 Eggs, 4 slices Bacon.

9:30am: 6oz Ground Beef, 10oz Cabbage, 1 Avocado.

1:30pm: ~2lbs Jambalaya.

8:00-9:30pm: Phil treats me to dinner @ The Met:

Parmesan Crusted Alaskan Halibut Cheeks (Alaskan halibut cheeks crusted with ground Romano and Parmesan cheeses. Seared golden served with Chardonnay lemon butter sauce)

Iceberg Wedge Salad with Rogue River Blue Cheese (Gala apples, diced tomatoes, toasted pistachio nuts, pancetta bacon)

Prime Delmonico (18oz Bone–in New York strip), served w/ mashed potatoes (I only ate about half of the potatoes).

Five Layer Carrot Cake (Layers of rich carrot cake and butter cream finished with orange crème anglaise and Madagascar vanilla ice cream) - I only finished about half of this, I was stuffed.

We also shared a bottle of fancy wine, and I started out with a Margarita.
