Overhead Press 3 x 5 x 61kg

Nutrition:

5:00am: 4 Eggs, 4 slices Bacon.

12:30pm: 6oz Ground Beef, 10oz Cabbage, 1 Avocado.

5:00pm: ~2lbs Jambalaya.
