D-Ball Slams
Push Press w/ 30kg
Sumo Deadlift High Pull w/ 30kg

Nutrition:

11:30am: 4 Eggs, 4 slices Bacon.

3:30pm: 2lbs Jambalaya.

5:30pm: 6oz Ground Beef, 10oz Cabbage, 1 Avocado.
