Posting is sparse this week. I only worked out on Tuesday. Did the following:

Back Squat 3-3-3-3-3-3-3

135-137.5-140 x 2-138 x 2-136 x 0-130-130

This sucked, I didn't feel strong at all. Afterwards did:

3 x Max reps Ring Dips

11-8-8

3 x 20 Glut-Ham Hip Extensions
