Sloooooow. I NEVER Snatch, so this was rough. I'm not confident enough in the movement to string them together, and catching in a full squat was KILLING my legs. Translation: This took forever.

Nutrition:

8:30am: Whole Foods: ~1lb Scrambled Eggs, ~1/2lb Bacon.

5:00pm: Whole Foods: 1/2lb Turkey Pastrami, 1lb Spinach Strawberry Salad.
