WOD:

Push Press 3-3-3-3-3-3-3

80-80-82.5-82.5-84-84-84

Only managed 2 reps on my last two sets, mostly because my elbows were dropping slightly at the bottom of my dip, reducing my ability to drive the bar.

Nutrition:

10:30am: 4 Eggs, 2tbsp Tapenade, 5 slices Bacon.

3:30pm: Whole Foods: 1lb Chinese Chicken Salad. 4tbsp Almond Butter.

8:30pm: Warabi Sushi: ~30pieces Assorted Sashimi, 1 Seattle Tempura Roll, 1 Las Vegas Roll, 1 Tarantula Roll.
