11:30am: 5 Eggs, 4 slices Bacon, 1 handful Macadamia Nuts.
3:30pm: Whole Foods: 1lb Chinese Chicken Salad. 1lb Egg Salad.
8:30pm: Deluxe Bar & Grill: 1 bowl Cream of Mushroom Soup. Hot Wings.
Sleep: 23:00 - 07:30
Well, it wasn't an ideal day nutrition wise, but at least it was low carb. I should have meals prepared tomorrow so I don't have to rely on eating out.
