Damn, I was second to last out of a fairly large field on this one, that Kettlebell was freakin' heavy.

Nutrition:

8:30am: 16oz 3-shot Americano.

4:00pm: 6oz Chicken, 7oz Cabbage, 1.5oz Slivered Almonds, 1oz Sesame Seeds, Cashew/Macadamia Nut Butter Dressing.

9:00pm: Rosita's: Chips & Salsa, 1 Chorizo Burrito. 2 Margaritas.

Sleep: 23:00 - 06:00

Oops, I caved to Mexican food, big surprise. A minor set-back.
