Day 1ish, Again

Life is crazy right now. Making sound nutrition choices has been challenging, and I haven't been able to work out as much as I'd like. We're going to give this a go... again.

WOD:

Worked up to 2 sets of 5 reps of Push Press and Back Squat:

77kg, 120kg

Nutrition:

08:30: 16oz 3-shot Americano.

11:30: 6 eggs, 1oz Cotija Cheese, 4 slices Bacon.

20:30: The Triangle Lounge: Bacon Cheeseburger, Caesar Salad. 1 Bloody Mary. 1 Beer.
