I love DOMS

WOD:

Back Squat 5 x 5 x 120kg

This hurt. I've haven't done 5 x 5 Back Squats in a looong time. Intended on pressing afterwards, was way too wiped to even think about it.

Nutrition:

12:00: 6 Eggs, 2tbsp Butter, 4tbsp Olive Tapenade.

17:00: 6oz Ground Beef, 1 Avocado, 2tbsp Sour Cream, 2tbsp Salsa, Romaine.

21:00: A Family Mexican Restaurant: Chips & Salsa, Shredded Beef Burrito, 3 Margaritas (they were weak, I wasn't even buzzed after 3).
